Night time on a remote street somewhere in Copenhagen. The air is thick with the stench of gasoline. Every weekend a bunch of passionate auto owners battle it out with their over-cranked wheels to see who's fastest over 200 yards. This film follows 21-year-old Martin Sørensen, who sopends most of his life and all his money on his customised VW buggy. Martin wants to join a more serious club, Private Racers, which also races on public highways. But will he make it through the initiation rites?
